Green Lake is for the birds

Ever wonder what that is you've spotted perched on a branch near the lake?

Save the date for this avian event. At 7 p.m., Tuesday Nov. 24, Martin Muller will be giving a slide-show talk about the birds of Green Lake at The Hearthstone, 6720 E. Green Lake Way N.

This talk will be a continuation of the talk Martin gave in April 2009, which covered the first half of the alphabet of birds in the park.
